Gaining Essentials about Research (GEAR) presents keynote speaker, Mrs. Eva Mozes Kor. Mrs. Kor is a Holocaust survivor and part of the Josef Mengele's medical experiment on twins when Eva and her twin sister, Miriam, were prisoners at Auschwitz Concentration Camp. She is founder of the Holocaust Museum and Education Center in Terre Haute, Indiana, and the Children of Auschwitz Nazi's Deadly Lab Experiment Survivors (C.A.N.D.L.E.S.). This organization of Mengele Twins has located and reunited many survivors of the experiments and is dedicated..."to heal the pain, to teach the truth, to prevent the prejudices."
