Directions to Louisville Medical Center

From North to Louisville Medical Center's North Gateway:

• Take I-65 South to Exit 136C, Jefferson Street Downtown. Stay in left exit lane (Brook Street).
• Follow exit ramp onto Brook Street.
• Go one block and turn right on Market Street.
• Go one block and turn right on Floyd Street. Go under I-65 overpass. The North Gateway is located at the intersection of S. Floyd Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard.

From South (Airport) to Louisville Medical Center's South Gateway:

• Take I-65 North to Exit 136A, Broadway/ Chestnut Street. This exits onto Brook Street.
• Go one block. The South Gateway is located at the intersection of S. Brook Street and Broadway.
