A panel of women entrepreneurs and innovators will discuss their experiences with the commercialization of university research: licensing to an established company and/or forming a new start-up company.  Our panelists will share their lessons learned and will also discuss the "commercialization culture shift"--moving from academic research to working with industry.

This panel discussion is the first session in a series of Translational Training Sessions to be held every Tuesday afternoon from September 12 - October 17th, 2017.  These training sessions are open to the UofL community and are hosted by UofL's translational grant awards: REACH/ExCITE Hub, Coulter Translational Partnership, I-Corps, and AWARE:ACCESS.
