Volunteer for Judging

Postdocs, research associates, residents and fellows are needed to help judge student posters.

Faculty are needed to help judge all posters.  (Judges for postgraduate posters are particularly needed.)

To volunteer for judging, please fill out the information below.  Judging should take no more than 90 minutes (5-6 posters, 15 min each) in a first or second round.  Please check as many sessions as you are available to judge, although every effort will be made to assign judges to only one category during the week.

Sessions available to judge


Please select ALL the sessions below you would be able to judge.  (Judges are particularly needed for the postdoctoral category so, if possible, please volunteer to judge those posters.)

Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Associates, Residents, Clinical Fellows:  Please select only the Student (graduate or professonal) sessions you are able to judge.

Every effort will be made to assign you to only one of the categories you select

Basic Science & Engineering Graduate Students
Professional/Clinical Students (Medical & Dental Students, Nursing & Public Health Graduate Students)
Postgraduates (Postdocs, Research Associates, Residents, Clinical Fellows, Research Staff)
