The UofL Office of Research Integrity presents:

LESLIE "LES" HOLLIE, BGS, CHC, TAPO, TXPI     

 

Mr. Leslie Hollie is the Managing Partner at Texas Oversight Consulting Group- Research Security Division. He has subject matter expertise in healthcare fraud and economic crimes, including grant fraud with a concentration in Foreign Influence/Interference and Administrative Conflict of Interest Investigations. Prior to entering the private sector, Hollie was an award-winning Assistant Inspector General for Investigations/Deputy Director with HHS-OIG. He also served as the Acting National Security Advisor for the HHS Secretary and Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for National Security at HHS. Hollie led and represented the OIG- Office of Investigations on discretionary matters to Congress, DOJ, and leaders in the private sector on complex operational, procedural, and regulatory issues. He built the framework for strategic communications to engage Congress and public partners and other stakeholders in Foreign Research Influence /Interference. Hollie also created, developed, and implemented the Foreign Influence/Research Security Investigations Program at HHS-OIG
