Join us for this highly interactive workshop geared toward biomedical researchers from the UofL Health Sciences and Shelby Campuses. This hybrid event will be conducted by the UofL Human Subjects Protection Program in collaboration with the UofL Biomedical IRB. We will cover an overview of the UofL Biomedical IRB and HSPP Office. In addition, we will review information and practical considerations for your research proposals, such as:
- submission tips (What is a "review ready" submission? and What difference does it make?)
- effective use of IRB templates
- planning for review timelines
- other tools available on the HSPPO website
- timely issues in biomedical research
The Biomedical IRB chairs and HSPPO staff will be present and ready to engage in discussions and answer your questions.
