Join us for this highly interactive workshop geared toward social, behavioral and educational (SBE) researchers from the UofL Belknap Campus. This hybrid event will be conducted by the UofL Human Subjects Protection Program in collaboration with the UofL SBE IRB. We will cover an overview of the UofL SBE IRB and HSPP Office. In addition, we will review information and practical considerations for your research proposals, such as:
- submission tips
- effective use of IRB templates
- planning for review timelines
- other tools available on the HSPPO website, and
- pressing issues in SBE research, i.e., the complexities of international research, fraudulent research participants, external collaborators and more
The SBE IRB chairs and HSPPO staff will be present and ready to engage in discussions and answer your questions.
